The Complete
Wedding Photography Package
| The photography
of your wedding day will start, as requested by yourselves, to suit
the occasion. This could be at the brides home before she leaves (there
is no extra charge for this service) or at the venue of the ceremony
as everyone arrives. Throughout the day we strive to capture all the
key moments, emotion and spontaneity that always go with a wedding,
we don't work to any particular routine other than the details outlined
by the couple prior to the day. All the essential group photographs
are taken quickly but efficiently to ensure your guests are kept waiting
for the minimum amount of time possible. |

| The photography
of a wedding should not hold up the proceedings but form an integral
part of the day, blending the service into the reception. As with
all social photography, technical matters lie purely in the hands
of the photographer whilst the subject matter can be slightly beyond
his control (blinking etc.). To combat this, we at S.P.Photographics,
take a second photograph of all set-up and group arrangements, it
only takes an instant to do and ensures the subject has every possible
chance of looking at their best. This is aided by the fact that we
have a policy of no minimum or maximum number of photographs that
we take, just the right amount to complement the day and provide that
storybook feel to your final wedding album. The couple poised to cut
the wedding cake is the final photograph we take and is a suitable
point for us to leave the special day to move on to its next stage
with the reception formalities. |

| Photographs that
we take on the day are printed to a high standard and presented
in a dedicated Preview Album. We know how difficult it is to
edit your photographs from the Preview Album because there will
be so many to choose from, so we offer the customer the choice
of any amount of prints, between eighteen and forty-four, in
their final wedding album. What we don't offer are set packages
with restricted numbers of prints. |

Your family
and friends won't miss out on sharing the memories of that special
day either. At the time of the Preview Album being presented to
the couple, and with their agreement, the photographs will also
go online in the 'Recent Events' section of the website. This is
for guests who wouldn't have easy access to the Preview Album so
they can view the images from the special day, they would then be
able to purchase their own selection of Reprints and Enlargements
by using the order form provided.

High quality photography
can only be complemented by an equally high standard of wedding
album, we have one of the finest selections with over forty
hand-built albums in two distinct ranges. For the budget conscience
we offer the 'Traditional' range of albums in a well-finished
design with the most modern of materials available. They come
complete with title, guest pages and their own presentation
box. The refined 'Handmade' range of albums are made of quality
materials individually finished to a high standard. As with
the Traditional range they come complete with title, guest
pages and their own presentation box. Customers also have
the choice of two sizes of album, 'Minor' which accepts 8"x6"
size prints and 'Countess' which accepts 10"x8" size prints.
The print quantities shown below are only given as a price
guide, the cost per side is £8.00 at 'Minor' and £9.00 for
'Countess' which is ideal for couples who are running to an
exact budget. Our aim is to supply you with a quality album
and photographs that you will treasure always.

| We offer a no obligation,
free consultation where we can discuss your requirements and you can
view our show albums, either in the relaxed atmosphere of the meeting
area situated within our office, or in the comfort of your own home,
whichever is more convenient. A secondary, more in-depth interview
will follow closer to the wedding day, this is to clarify all the
details given previously and to add any amendments that will inevitably
occur. We then visit the venue of the ceremony and reception in the
week prior to the wedding to ensure that we have an accurate working
knowledge of the locations that we will be photographing on the big
day - this will even include venues that we will have worked at many
times previously because we leave nothing to chance. |

A non-refundable deposit
of £300 is to be paid at the time of booking to secure our services
exclusively to your wedding for that day (this is deductable from
the final balance) and the final balance due Three Weeks
after the date of the wedding along with a completed 'Wedding Album
Order Form'.
The Preview Album and
its photographic content remains the property of S.P.Photographics
at all times. When submitting your ‘Wedding Album Order Form’ along
with any initial Reprint and Enlargement Orders, the Preview Album
is to be returned in its entirety at this time (this can be extended
by prior arrangement only), no orders will be processed until the
Preview Album has been returned. The images will still be available
to view for a further period of time online (subject to agreement)
in the ‘Recent Events’ section of our website.
We do not charge any
travel rates within a twenty-mile radius of Melbourne, other areas
are by arrangement only and may incur extra charges. Visits to the
location of the ceremony and the reception prior to the wedding
day are only guaranteed if within the twenty-mile radius of Melbourne.
Efforts will be made to see venues outside this area but cannot
be promised if considered not to be viable.
All photographs taken
by S.P.Photographics are protected by copyright. Any copying or
reproduction is strictly prohibited and will be considered unlawful
without the written authorisation of S.P.Photographics.
