Social and Formal Event Photography

S.P.Photographics are specialists in all types of on-location function photography. Our mobile studio equipment can be set up at all manner of occasions including:

We provide a fully equipped mobile studio complete with professional background and two man photography team. Guests are invited to take the opportunity for formal (or even informal!) style full-length and head/shoulders portrait photographs either individually, in couples or small groups.

The team will attend for a set amount of time which will be dependant on the number of guests present and the events running order/format, the most suitable period for photography will have been discussed with the event organiser beforehand. Timings are usually based on the assumption that a standard three course dinner or buffet meal will be served during the event and the time for taking photographs will be based around this. On the day/evening of the event it will be down to the photography teams discretion as to when to open and close the studio but every effort will be made to have enough time to include all the guests in the photographs.

Images taken will be available to view within five working days of the event on-line in the ‘Recent Events’ section of the S.P.Photographics website where guests will have the opportunity to browse and purchase any Reprints or Enlargements should they so wish.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required beforehand to secure our services for the occasion with the final balance due one week before the event (no money to be exchanged on the day/evening).

Up to 100 guests - £195 (Including one complimentary 10”x8” size Enlargement in presentation folder for the organiser which will be their choice from the images taken during the event)
 
101 to 150 guests - £225 (Including one complimentary 10”x8” size Enlargement in presentation folder for the organiser which will be their choice from the images taken during the event)
 
151 to 200 guests - £250 (Including one complimentary 10”x8” size Enlargement in presentation folder for the organiser which will be their choice from the images taken during the event)
