We offer a no obligation,
free consultation where we can discuss your requirements and you
can view our show albums, either in the relaxed atmosphere of the
meeting area situated within our office, or in the comfort of your
own home, whichever is more convenient. A secondary, more in-depth
interview will follow closer to the wedding day, this is to clarify
all the details given previously and to add any amendments that
will inevitably occur. We then visit the venue of the ceremony and
reception in the week prior to the wedding to ensure that we have
an accurate working knowledge of the locations that we will be photographing
on the big day - this will even include venues that we will have
worked at many times previously because we leave nothing to chance.
A non-refundable deposit
of £300 is to be paid at the time of booking to secure our services
exclusively to your wedding for that day (this is deductable from
the final balance) and the final balance is due at the time of the
DVD Slideshow and contact sheets being presented to the customer.
We do not charge any
travel rates within a twenty-mile radius of Melbourne, other areas
are by arrangement only and may incur extra charges. Visits to the
location of the ceremony and the reception prior to the wedding
day are only guaranteed if within the twenty-mile radius of Melbourne.
Efforts will be made to see venues outside this area but cannot
be promised if considered not to be viable.
All photographs taken
by S.P.Photographics are protected by copyright. Any copying or
reproduction is strictly prohibited and will be considered unlawful
without the written authorisation of S.P.Photographics.
